• The Buyer – The intended buyer is defined as a foundation phase teacher and not an entire school. Therefore, this implicates that each purchase only warrants use by one teacher in one class.
• The Seller – Nieu Sol Development is the sole owner of the lesson material, excluding the DBE Books. All items listed under “The goods” section is the intellectual property of Nieu Sol Development and may therefore not be sold or distributed without the explicit written consent of Nieu Sol Development. Any breach of this clause will result in criminal and legal action.
• The Agent – Nieu Sol Development has a number of agents marketing our products. If you are purchasing through an agent please ensure that you enter their code on our checkout page in order to receive your discount.
• The Goods – Each termly package (Afrikaans and English) includes the following:

1) PLANNING: Weekly Planning for all subjects according to DBE curriculum
2) HANDWRITING: Weekly Handwriting exercises according to DBE curriculum.
3) HOMEWORK: Weekly Homework assignments according to DBE curriculum.
4) PHONICS: Weekly Phonic exercises according to DBE curriculum.
5) LANGUAGE & COMPREHENSION: Weekly Language and Comprehension assignments according to DBE curriculum.
6) MATHEMATICS: Weekly Mathematics exercises according to DBE curriculum.
7) FIRST ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE: Weekly FAL assignments according to DBE curriculum.
8) LIFE SKILLS: Weekly Life Skills assignments according to DBE curriculum.
9) INFORMAL ASSESSMENTS: Weekly Informal Assessments according to DBE curriculum.
10) FORMAL ASSESSMENT: Term’s Formal Assessment Assignments according to DBE curriculum.

• Payment Gateway – Nieu Sol Development uses Payfast as its Payment Gateway Provider. All payments are processed through their highly sophisticated and secure payment gateway.
• Payment Terms – All goods must be paid in full before they will be made available to The Buyer.
• Delivery of Goods – All products are virtual, downloadable products. Therefore all goods must be downloaded by The Buyer. Pay special attention to the following with regards to downloading your product/products:
• Once your payment has been processed you will receive an e-mail with a download link.
• Your download link is valid for 14 days but only for 1 download. Meaning, you can download your product once up to 14 days after you have purchased it. If you fail to download your files in the allocated 14 days then you forfeit your purchase.
• Our system is highly sensitive and once you have clicked on the download link it will register as your 1 allowed download. Make sure:

3.1) You have at least 250mb of data available for each package you need to download;

3.2) You do not close your web browser before your download has been completed;

3.3) That your computer has enough battery power to complete the download or make sure that it is plugged in;

3.4) That you remain within your wi-fi signal zone for the duration of the download.

3.5) That you do not download more than one file at a time.

3.6) That you do not try to download the files on more than one device. You only have 1 download per file purchased.

All the above will result in a failed download and because our system registers your click as your download you will not be able to download it again.

Purchases for other terms – Please note that all our products are updated regularly. If you purchase any term in advance, before the update, then you will only get a download link for the current version and not the updated version.
